Change or cancel your order

Accidentally order the wrong item or change your mind?

To change or cancel your order, please first find your order confirmation email that was sent to you.

Forward that email to contact@skiniplay.com and adjust the subject line to read "Order Cancel Request" or "Order Edit Request".


In the email please tell us your order number and what you would like to do:

1. To Cancel your order – Please just let us know that you would like to cancel your order.

2. To Edit your order – Please instruct us as to what items you would like removed or added to your order.

Note: if your order has already been fulfilled, you won't be able to cancel or edit your order.

You will receive a new email confirmation confirming your new order or your requested cancelation.

How soon will my order ship?

We typically fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days, depending on volume from our fulfillment center during weekday business hours (CET). Any orders placed after Friday business hours or during the weekend will ship out the following Monday.

There is an exception for the custom covers that we make to measure. We need two business days to make a custom cover.

From there, standard EU is 10-15 business days.

Standard international shipping is 15-20 business days, depending on traffic at customs. 

We also offer express delivery with our partners FEDEX and DHL in the whole world. You can see the different delivery times and their prices during the checkout.

There is a 24-hour delay from the time your order ships to the time the tracking details are emailed to you.

Do I have to pay customs fees or duty on my package?

Your local customs department may require a duty tax, customs fee or any fees charged by your delivery provider on your order. Any applicable local taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer and not eligible for reimbursement. 

If the customer does not pay the tax, the order will be sent back to us and processed as a return.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Peel Accessories, LLC to import the goods on the consignee's behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Giant Square - Skiniplay  may delegate the obligation to import the goods on the consignee's behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Shipping Status

For the holidays and any destination affected by a service alert or international delay, please allow for an additional 7-14 business days for the order to be received. Please note that all delays listed may not cover all issues affecting your destination country. Please expect delays for the holiday season. If you have chosen the standard delivery, we recommend that you look to your local couriers' service alerts for more up to date information regarding their service, even for those not listed below.

If you have chosen the express delivery, know that the delays indicated by the carriers are indicative. They are generally respected but there may be unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays in your country... We recommend that you regularly check the tracking of your package online to be sure not to miss the delivery and to be informed if there is an incident to avoid the package coming back to France.

Will I receive shipping notifications?

After every order, we will send out a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of your package so you can follow it online.

Do you ship internationally?

We absolutely ship internationally though some exclusions may apply. Shipping costs and availability for your country are calculated at checkout.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. Skiniplay - Giant Square does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.

How long does it take for shipments to arrive?

For express deliveries the delivery time is 1 to 6 days depending on your delivery address. We invite you to look at the tracking page of your package on the carrier's website to see the expected delivery date.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we would be happy to assist in processing a return within 14 days of purchase (all shipping fees are excluded).

EXCHANGES

Not happy with your color choice? Select the wrong model of speaker? We’d be happy to exchange this for you! You are welcome to contact us at contact@skiniplay.com within 14 days of purchase and you can order your new product. As soon as we receive the old one we will proceed to the refund (all shipping fees are excluded).

Where is Skiniplay based?

The entire Skiniplay team is based in the beautiful city of Montpellier in the south of France. Some departments like customer care and returns are remote while our new headquarter is under construction.
